Julija is an executive with 15+ years in finance, tech, and renewable energy. At PurpleGreen, she led partner relations, securing 500M+ agreements in EPC and offtake areas. She also previously managed a 200+ people teams and oversaw global programs with €100M+ budgets. She holds degrees from SSE Riga and Riga Graduate School of Law.

Juris is a project manager with experience in the renewable energy, development, construction, and operation of cogeneration stations and biomass boiler houses in Latvia. He is currently the lead project manager for the Balvi project, which includes a planned installed solar power capacity of up to 500 MW.

Andris is the founder and managing partner of NordPrime, specializing in investment brokerage and asset management. He previously led DTZ Latvia (now Cushman & Wakefield), developing capital markets and advisory services. During the 2008 crisis, he managed over €300 million in distressed assets at Swedbank Latvia.

Janis is a finance executive and investor with strong experience in investment funds, payments, and virtual assets. He has worked on complex tasks across private and public sectors, allowing him to understand and bridge both worlds. Jānis also has deep expertise in compliance.

Janis is an energy expert with experience across the Baltics, Poland, and Bulgaria. Active in the Baltic electricity market since its early days, he leads Latvia’s first energy community and drives practical decarbonization solutions.
